Barbora Hodačová

Barbora Hodačová is a junior lawyer in the Commercial department at Deloitte Legal Czech Republic. Barbora mainly focuses on Consumer law. Her experience includes the review and creation of general terms and conditions, assessment of the legal aspects of advertising campaigns as well as legal advisory in the area of unfair competition in relation to consumers and services as well as the area of competence of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. Further, she has experience with Corporate law especially on the establishment of a corporations. Barbora has also gained expertise in Corporate M&A, in particular in the establishment and reorganization of corporations and legal advisory in relation to the purchase and sale of distressed assets.
