Daniel Johannes

Daniel is an associate in the Tax Litigation department at Deloitte Legal in Prague. Daniel graduated from Charles University in Prague and used to work for one of the prominent Czech Law Firms. 

He specializes mainly in tax administration and related tax disputes, including assistance during tax audits and in proceedings before administrative courts, including disputes for financial compensation for withholding of the client’s funds. He focuses also on services related with tax payment and reduction of sanctions imposed by the tax authorities.
