Jakub Demel

Jakub is a junior lawyer in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at Deloitte Legal in Prague. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and gained experience in one of the leading Czech law firms during his previous practice. At Deloitte Legal, Jakub specialises in corporate transformations, acquisition transactions, and corporate law.
