Jiří Dušička

Jiri is a Senior Manager in the Supply Chain & Network Operations department in the Consulting function of Deloitte Czech Republic. He leads a stream focused on supply chain planning and fulfilment.

Jiří has extensive experience mainly from operational improvement and supply chain optimization projects. During his career he successfully delivered engagements in automotive, industrial manufacturing, machinery, and engineering sectors across CEE markets and Western Europe. His project experience involves primarily wide company transformations in the area of supply chain and financial planning, operational restructuring design & implementation, process change and improvement or Lean Six Sigma implementation.

Jiří focuses on synchronized planning and fulfilment in companies, together with transformation of end-to-end supply chain planning processes linked to implementation of advanced technologies.
