Jiří Dušička

Jiri is a Senior Manager in the Strategy & Operations department in the Consulting function of Deloitte Czech Republic. He is part of a team focusing on the full supply chain from procurement and production to the sale of goods.

Jiří has extensive experience mainly from Operational improvement and Supply chain projects. During his career he successfully accomplished engagements in industrial manufacturing, automotive, machinery, and engineering sectors CEE markets and Western Europe. 

Further project experience involves Carve-out PMO support, Operational Due Diligence, wide Company Transformations or Cost Cutting. Lately Jiří has been focusing on planning throughout the entire supply chain. Other areas of his expertise involve Operational restructuring design & implementation, Lean Six Sigma implementation, Process change and improvement.
