Jana Havlíčková

Jana Havlíčková is an Attorney-at-Law in the Employment department and Banking & Finance department at Deloitte Legal in Prague. Within the Employment area, Jana ensures the day-to-day support of clients and specialises in benefit structures, ESOP programmes and digitalisation in HR. Within Banking & Finance, Jana specialises in the area of insurance and leasing. She has recently been involved in several regulatory projects in this area. Her experience includes, among others, setting up a new business process for an insurance distributor, including the drafting of both internal and customer documentation as well as the preparation and review of customer documentation for leasing providers.
