Jiří Pavlík

Jiri is a Director in the Supply Chain & Network Operations department in the Consulting function of Deloitte Czech Republic. He specializes in the issues of strategy execution, business architecture, strategic change, leadership development, organization transformations, digitalization, retail distribution, sales force effectiveness, and workforce management.

He primarily applies his expertise to projects that focus on organizational transformation and enhancing efficiency, collaborating with clients from the financial services, automotive industry, manufacturing, and public sector.

Before joining Deloitte, he spent over fifteen years in marketing, sales, and top management. He holds an MBA from the Czech Technical University in Prague (Department of Control Engineering) and Masaryk's Institute of Advanced Studies.
