Jan Jiří Šlajs

Jan Šlajs is Attorney at Law in the Tax Litigation function at Deloitte Legal in Prague. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University with focus on European law and financial law. During his studies, he spent a semester at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.

Jan has gained experience in tax litigation through his work in the administrative justice system, at the Supreme Administrative Court and the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem – Liberec branch. Apart from tax litigation, he has extensive experience in conducting administrative proceedings and proceedings before administrative courts. Jan benefits from his experience in drafting court rulings, including questions referred for a preliminary ruling.
