Kamil Olszynski

Kamil is a Partner in the Consulting department of Deloitte in the Czech Republic. He is a consulting professional with more than 17 years of experience from sales and project delivery positions, mainly in the financial sector. 

Kamil focuses on large transformational programs being delivered across the Globe (e.g., Czech Republic & Central Europe, Balkans, Middle East, Asia) such as Core banking replacements, Digital transformations, Post-Merger Integrations and setting up advanced platforms to enable new business. He has spent nearly three years in the Middle East delivering projects for the biggest financial institutions in the Arabic world, mainly in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

Kamil’s specialty is handling projects on critical paths, which often means there is no possibility of delaying a go-live date or with clear C-suite level demands to deliver on time.
