Lukáš Jílek

Lukáš is a Director in the Supply Chain & Network Operations department in the Consulting function of Deloitte Czech Republic. He leads a team focusing on delivering comprehensive supply chain services, from digital supply chain strategy through operational excellence to technology enablement.

Lukáš specializes mainly on services for manufacturing and FMCG companies. In serving clients he benefits from his experience gained in numerous international projects where he focused on the optimization of manufacturing, maintenance, logistics and procurement processes. During his engagements, he draws from his strong strategic and leadership skills and ability to connect with the client to ensure their success.

At present, Lukáš primarily addresses topics concerning supply chain resilience & risk management, as well as strategic topics in the context of new technologies adoption and smart manufacturing.
