Lukáš Kádě

Lukáš Kádě is a Manager & Managing Associate in the M&A department at Deloitte Legal in Prague. Lukáš has experience with cross-border transactions as well as local deals in all phases of the transaction process, from the initial due diligence to post-transaction advisory services, including anti-trust issues. Lukáš also has daily experience with corporate governance matters for business corporations and is partly involved in providing advisory services in financial regulation and corporate structuring. Further, Lukáš has experience with the regulation of algorithmic and high-frequency trading in capital markets

Lukáš is the co-author of the Deloitte 2020 study on deal-making and SPA negotiations in the Czech Republic. Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, Lukáš gained experience at the Prague office of Clifford Chance.
