Lenka Losenická

Lenka Losenická is a Managing Associate in the Commercial and Corporate M&A department at Deloitte Legal in Prague. Lenka specializes in legal advisory services provided in the area of commercial law, consumer business and corporate law. In her practice, she mainly focuses on contractual law, corporate law, and corporate compliance. In these areas, she provides clients with comprehensive legal assistance, from drafting and negotiating business contracts, T&C, distribution agreements and other commercially oriented documents with the aim to ensure proper operation of client’s business. Lenka also provides clients with compliance services related to their day-to-day operation, including assistance with lease agreements, corporate compliance, and management liability.
