Lucie Dryáková

Lucie is a Manager in Deloitte’s Tax & Legal function in the Czech Republic. Lucie has been working in the field of remuneration and benefits for more than 15 years. She provides advice to Czech and foreign clients in the implementation of modern methods of remuneration and benefit systems according to the client's wishes, both in terms of comprehensive methodology and practical operation. She has many years of experience in analyzing the tax implications of various forms of remuneration, based on which she helps clients set the optimal functioning of remuneration systems. She prefers solutions leading to the satisfaction of both the employer and the employee.
