Monika Dubská

Monika Dubska is Senior Associate in the Mergers and Acquisition and Corporate law department at Deloitte Legal in Prague. In her practice, she focuses on corporate law, contract law, and corporate compliance. In these areas, she provides clients with legal advisory including the establishment of companies, setting relationships within the company, corporate compliance, as well as the winding up and liquidation of companies. 

Furthermore, she specialises in corporate structuring processes, such as mergers, demergers and other transformations of companies, including post-structuring corporate and contractual intragroup set-up. In the acquisition area, she takes part in due diligence and the preparation of transaction documentation.
