Miroslav Richter

Miroslav is a Partner in the Tax & Legal department at Deloitte in the Czech Republic. He has been engaged in tax advisory since 2008 and is primarily responsible for the provision of transfer pricing services in the Czech Republic.

He has a proven track record of leading various transfer pricing projects such as complex transfer pricing analyses, preparation of transfer pricing documentations, design of transfer pricing models, negotiation of advance pricing agreements or assisting clients in tax audits. 

During his career at Deloitte, Miroslav spent two years working for Deloitte Netherlands. During his assignment, he was engaged in two complex business restructuring projects for large multinationals.

Miroslav is a Registered Tax Advisor.
