Michal Trnka

Michal is a Director in the Tax & Legal Department of Deloitte Czech Republic. He joined the Deloitte office in Prague in 2009 and specializes in corporate taxes, mergers and acquisitions, and international taxation. He has been involved in several high profile cases with clients ranging from the automotive to media industry. His clientele ranges from strategic buyers or private equity funds to institutional buyers on local targets within multionational groups such as AERO Vodochody to globally recognized brand names such as Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s or the pharmaceutical company Zentiva. He obtained his degree at the University of Economics in Prague with specialization of taxation and business valuation and has been working in the financial field since 2007. Michal is a registered tax advisor in the Czech Republic and speaks Czech and English.
