Ondřej Zabloudil

Ondřej is a Director in the real estate and construction function of Deloitte, specialising in real estate valuation, transactions and related analyses. His qualification and expertise builds on his experience as an architect and project manager. Ondřej has years of experience in all real estate and development areas, such as proposals, project activity, calculation and vendor selection, as well as engineering experience including negotiations with state administration authorities in terms of discussing and approving plans and the implementation of residential projects in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Ondřej has a degree from the Faculty of Architecture of CTU and from the Masaryk Institute of Advanced Studies with a major in Business and Management in Industry and Trade and RICS Studies – Commercial Valuation of Real Estate.
