Petr Skotnica

Petr joined the Deloitte Corporate Finance team in Prague in 2021 with responsibility focused on advisory in the area of bank and debt capital markets financing.

Previously, Petr worked for 27 years in banking, arranging loan and bond financings with focus on club deals, syndicated loans, acquisition and other complex financing products. In a managing position, Petr led dozens of the largest local financings, executed for both Czech and international clients, including many complex transactions with a cross-border element.

Petr holds a Master of Economics degree from the University of Economics in Prague and gained additional training and work experience in financing in the US and the UK.
