Romana Adamčiková

Romana Adamčíková is a Senior Consultant in the Energy team of the Consulting function and has been specialising in the oil and gas industry for more than ten years.

During her career in the energy sector, she has worked on projects for leading international companies focusing on strategic planning, market analysis and business development.

On these projects, she gained extensive experience working in technical teams in large international oil and gas companies with complex and multinational assets, as well as with small operators and consulting companies. In addition to her core expertise, her role at Deloitte also involves non-financial reporting.

Prior to joining Deloitte, she worked at Wood Mackenzie (Edinburgh) as an oil platform decommissioning specialist. Romana studied International Business and Economics at the University of Aberdeen, UK.
