Roman Ženatý

Roman is a Partner in the Tax & Legal function of Deloitte Czech Republic. He focuses on tax and accounting aspects of M&A transactions and restructurings, international taxation, due diligence processes, real estate and corporate income taxation. In providing services to especially Deloitte Private clients, he benefits from his more than 20 years of advisory experience in conducting international and local projects. 

He obtained his university degree at the Faculty of Economics of the Silesian University and a master of laws degree (in International Tax Law) at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Roman is a registered tax advisor, auditor and a certified accounting expert in the Czech Republic.
