Tereza Davidová

Tereza Davidová is a Senior Managing Associate in the Banking and Finance department at Deloitte Legal in Prague. 

Tereza primarily focuses on advising clients in regulated industries, especially financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies and intermediaries of financial products, as well as clients from the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare sector. She has experience with specific regulatory issues related to M&A transactions in regulated industries.

As part of advising clients from the financial sector, Tereza focuses mainly on the insurance industry, whether it concerns issues of internal management and compliance, regulation of outsourcing, fulfilment of obligations towards supervisory authorities, preparation of client documentation or setting up processes for the distribution of insurance or other financial products.

In the field of pharmaceutical law, Tereza focuses on ensuring clients' compliance with legal regulations, especially regulations governing the handling of medicinal products. She also deals with setting up distribution models, price regulation and advertising regulation, and taking legal obligations into account in internal client guidelines and processes, as well as in contractual documentation with third parties.
