Tereza Mikudová

Tereza is a Junior Lawyer at the M&A/Corporate department of Deloitte Legal in Prague. She started gaining experience with Deloitte Legal during her studies when she worked as a Legal Intern at Deloitte Legal.

She focuses on due diligence, the subsequent sale of companies or capital assets and all aspects of corporate law. She has experience in advising on cross-border and domestic corporate transformations as well as acquisition transactions.

Tereza graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, and during her Master’s studies, she completed a study placement at the University of Granada in Spain.
