Vilém Krejcar

Vilém is in the Trustworthy AI team at Risk Advisory. He has extensive knowledge in data analytics, modelling and prediction – both with conventional models and the latest trends in complex AI/ML algorithms. Further, he is interested in innovative technologies such as Web3, Metaverse and Digital Finance and related projects. 

He specializes in projects related to ethical use of algorithms, European AI Act regulation and generally risks stemming from AI/ML and Data Science solutions. He is interested not only in the question of the actual model construction and the algorithm choice, yet also in making the models as transparent as possible and performing as their owner wishes. He has worked in an agile environment for a long time, increasing the efficiency of projects and their overall coordination. 

Vilém has experience in a wide range of projects in distinct industries - software development using Machine Learning, Data Analytics and PMO for a leading energy market player or the re-development of PD/LGD models for a leading European bank in compliance with A-IRB regulation. The vast majority of his projects take place abroad, and therefore he keeps up with the latest trends. 

His alma mater is the Institute of Economic Studies in Prague, combined with a prg.ai minor. He has obtained certifications AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner & Machine Learning Specialist, Machine Learning | Stanford University, Advanced Credit Risk Management course | Delft University and ITIL 4 Foundation.
