Zdeněk Lustig

Zdeněk Lustig is a Senior Manager in the IT audit team within the Audit & Assurance function of Deloitte Czech Republic. In addition to covering general IT auditing activities mostly in respect of financial institutions, he specialises in the development of business relations in cooperation with Deloitte’s other functions. He also provides strategic advisory on corporate management namely in respect of IT and, as an overlap to business, is active in the implementation of comprehensive projects with an emphasis on implementing major changes.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Zdeněk held top management positions in insurance companies and banks. His experience of the financial sector includes designing and implementing strategies, management systems, restructuring, acquisitions and spin-offs, business relations management, IT management and project management.
