About the Academy
The German Next Generation CIO Academy was developed to best prepare you for the diverse tasks of a CIO and to support your next career step. We introduce you to the breadth and complexity of the CIO role:
- Networking: Network with other German Next Generation CIO Academy participants and share experiences and thoughts.
- CIO Fundamentals: Gain expertise on how successful CIOs manage their ever-changing role.
- Stakeholder Expectations: Learn from stakeholder representatives such as the board and business what their expectations are for strong CIOs.
- Career Planning: Gain insights into how to plan your career as a CIO. Renowned recruiters as well as CIOs provide practical advice on your path to the top.
- Leadership and Communication: Communication skills and leadership qualities play an essential role. That's why we explore topics such as emotional intelligence, resilience, and business chemistry.
All this will be delivered in a combination of face-to-face and virtual events.
