Strategy Implementation

• We help our client’s technology leaders rethink, reshape, and reimagine their technology operating model, enabling business outcomes and core technology capabilities.
• We develop comprehensive sourcing operating models, define next-gen sourcing strategies, and deliver service delivery transformation solutions.
• We scan the technology landscape and identify promising use cases for our clients with our strategic technology scouting tool Technology Trend Radar that is tailored towards their innovation ambition.
• We enable businesses to assess and measure the progress of their transformation, prioritize objectives and areas of focus accordingly, as well as making impactful investments in transformation projects based on our Digital Maturity Assessment.
• In cooperation with the Deloitte Blockchain Institute, we created a Blockchain Certification Path with individual learning nuggets of varying length and format to pick up different internal and external stakeholders at their specific knowledge level and provide a deeper understanding of technological, architectural, and business aspects of the technology.

Architecture

• We align business goals and IT landscapes based on enterprise architecture standards and innovative frameworks, support our clients in their transformation to digital platforms, and improve their IT application landscape to maximize benefits and set the baseline for the digital era.
• We define processes, application and/or technology strategies based on business goals in industry or technical areas – we offer a structured approach to converting the business vision and requirements into a solution design which is actionable and closely aligned with the scope of specific business needs.
• We analyze our client’s application portfolio to identify and plan areas for potential rationalization.
