Rekom Group is Scandinavia’s largest nightlife company. Since its establishment in 2007, Rekom Group has experienced an accelerating growth. Today, the group owns and manages more than 100 bars and nightclubs in the Nordics.
But like many other fast growing businesses, Rekom Group was using a financial management tool that no longer met their needs due to an increasing size and complexity. We had the honor of assisting Rekom Group in the full vendor selection process, including documenting their requirements and preparing requirement document, demo scripts, RFP document, evaluation sheets, and final board presentation with a recommended vendor.
