Deloitte Legal becomes strategic partner of LEDOX365

Deloitte Legal and Join GmbH have entered into a strategic partnership to offer the innovative contract lifecycle management system LEDOX365. The collaboration combines the technical expertise of Join GmbH with the extensive consulting experience of Deloitte Legal to provide companies with an integrated and productive solution for contract management, matter management and dispute management.

In a fundamental collaboration, Join GmbH and Deloitte developed the contract management platform LEDOX for the science and technology company Merck KGaA in 2020. The LEDOX365 platform has since been developed into a software solution that is accessible to other companies and has already been implemented at other global companies such as Heidelberg Materials.

The LEDOX365 platform offers companies a flexible and efficient way to optimise their internal contract processes. The integrated platform is user-friendly and adaptable, making it particularly attractive to dynamic and agile companies. In addition to contract management, LEDOX365 also offers legal matter and dispute management functionalities. LEDOX365 is technically based on the Microsoft365 platform, which already provides the latest generative AI technology.

Deloitte Legal helps companies to manage and coordinate the implementation of the CLM system and the change management process. In addition, Deloitte Legal's teams help create content such as templates for CLM platforms and provide user training. A key benefit for organisations is that Deloitte Legal, as a law firm, provides legal advice in addition to implementation advice, including legal review of non-disclosure agreements or other contract templates, adding value to the implementation and ongoing operation of CLM systems.
