Alexander R. Fischer

Alexander Fischer joined Deloitte Legal in December 2022 as a lawyer in the Government & Public Sector. The focus of his work is advising the public sector and its holdings in private and public legal form on all issues of public and private commercial law. This includes, in particular, advising on company start-ups, reorganisation, cooperation and transaction projects, as well as on organisational development.

Alexander Fischer studied law at the University of Bielefeld, specialising in commercial law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf with stations at a leading international law firm, at the District Government of Düsseldorf in the Department for Municipal Supervision (economic activities of municipalities) and at the Administrative Court of Düsseldorf.
