Andreas Leclaire, LL.M. (Temple University)

Andreas Leclaire works for Deloitte Legal since 2000 and since 2009 he is a partner of the firm. He is the leader of the national Service Line Commercial. Together with his team he advises companies from various industries in national and international business transactions. His main working areas are Commercial and Distribution law as well as IP law, including trademarks, patents, utility models, industrial designs, know-how, R&D- and license agreements. 

Andreas studied at the University of Munster and did his internship in Bochum and Siena (Italy). He is a lawyer, and Attorney at Law (New York). He holds an LL.M. degree from Temple University, Philadelphia, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, and the U.S. / German Lawyers Association. He speaks German, English, French and Italian.
