Anselm is counsel in the Munich office and a member of Deloitte Legal's FSI Banking team. He has many years of experience and in-depth expertise in advising national and international clients in the areas of banking and finance law (including regulatory law) and real estate law.
His practice focuses on advising national and international clients in connection with regulatory matters (including FinTech and ESG) and on a broad range of compliance matters for banks, financial institutions and payment services providers. In addition, Anselm advises sellers, investors and financiers on non-performing and performing loans and loan portfolios. Furthermore, Anselm has experience with real estate financings and related real estate law issues.
