Carla Luca Kripke works as certified specialized attorney at law for Public Procurement Law in Sebastian Schnitzler's team in the EU/Public Procurement department of Deloitte Legal Hamburg/Germany. She advises on all aspects of International, European and German Public Procurement Law as well as on law regulating public grant-giving, both on the side of economic operators (bidder's) and on the part of contracting authorities. She has extensive expertise in representing her clients in review and appeal proceedings before public procurement chambers and higher regional courts.
Carla has broad experience with regard to complex procurement projects, especially in the field of digitalization in various subject areas at federal and state level, most recently, for example, in the context of the Hospital Future Act and the Online Access Act. Carla also has proven expertise in the legal optimisation of existing in-house structures (public-public and public-private partnership projects) and public procurement compliance. In addition to providing legal advice, Carla pursues the goal of efficient and sustainable cooperation, especially in cases of differing interests. Aside from the development of holistic solutions and effective strategies, her focus is on the project-related and consistent development of know-how for her clients.
Carla regularly conducts seminars and workshops and participates in scientific discourse through specialist publications. She is a member of Forum Vergabe e.V. and the German Public Procurement Network (DVNW).
