Carla Kripke

Carla Kripke has been working at Deloitte Legal since August 2020. She is Senior Associate and advises on all aspects of international, european and german public procurement law. She works for both contracting authorities as well as bidding companies. She develops and conducts public procurement procedures for public authorities and supports bidding companies in ongoing procurement procedures. She also advises clients on the legal optimization of existing in-house structures. A further focus of her work is the advising within the area of public procurement law compliance. Carla also represents her clients in review and appeal proceedings before the public procurement boards and higher regional courts.
