Mrs. Dr. Carmen Heermann is working as a Of Counsel and Notary in the area of corporate law and especially involved in M&A transaction; she is also advising stock companies in relation to the conclusion and amendment of board member employment contracts. As a Notary Mrs. Dr. Carmen Heermann holds a public office.
