Carsten Brutschke, LL.M. (EHI)

Carsten Brutschke joined Deloitte Legal in April 2021 as a partner in real estate law. He has many years of experience in advising domestic and foreign investors on the acquisition and development of real estate. His clients also include closed-end real estate funds, which he advises on corporate law issues as well as on the management and exploitation of fund properties. Other areas of expertise include advising on the drafting and negotiation of asset, property and facility management agreements, advising on commercial tenancy law and litigation.

Carsten Brutschke is listed as one of Germany’s “Best Lawyers” for Real Estate Law (Handelsblatt/Best Lawyers 2021).

He is a member of the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS).

Carsten Brutschke began his professional career in 1999 at Luther & Partner. Before joining Deloitte Legal, he was a partner at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH.
