Dr. Christian Rath, LL.M.

Dr. Christian Rath has joined Deloitte Legal as a Counsel in January 2023 and advises national and international clients on all areas of dispute resolution as well as on corporate, commercial and general civil law issues. One focus of his work is advising the public sector.

Another focus of his work is the representation of his clients in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings for the enforcement of claims or defense against claims. As a business mediator, his work also includes alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Before joining Deloitte Legal, Christian worked for several years in a leading international law firm.

Christian earned his doctorate on a corporate law topic. He obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European and International Business Law from the University of Vienna.

Christian speaks German and English.
