Christian Stedler, LL.M. (King’s College London)

Christian Stedler joined Deloitte Legal as counsel in September 2022. He advises banks, financial services providers and FinTechs on regulatory matters, capital markets law and financings. Christian Stedler has extensive experience in the structuring of FinTechs, particularly regarding the cooperation with banks. His practice focuses on new technologies and virtual currencies (crypto-assets), FinTech-specific questions, debt financings and sustainability (ESG) requirements.

Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, Christian Stedler worked for leading international law firms, a German bank and a leading pan-European FinTech company. He has also spent time on secondment to a major international investment bank.
