Christian Stedler, LL.M. (King’s College London)

Christian Stedler joined Deloitte Legal as counsel in September 2022. He advises banks, financial services providers and FinTechs on regulatory matters, capital markets law and financings.

The focus of his practice is on advising credit and financial services institutions on all regulatory issues for institutions based in Germany, the EEA and third countries, as well as advising on virtual currencies (crypt-assets) and FinTech-specific questions.

Christian Stedler also has extensive experience in advising foreign banks on their business operations in Germany.

Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, Christian Stedler worked for leading international law firms, a German bank and a leading pan-European FinTech company. He has also spent time on secondment to a major international investment bank.
