Dirk Hänisch, LL.M. (Hong Kong)

Dirk is a German attorney at law and Legal Partner in the service line Corporate/M&A. He joined Deloitte Legal in 2008 and is based in the Dusseldorf office. Main fields of his expertise are cross-border and national M&A transactions as well as corporate restructurings and the entire field of corporate law. He has considerable experience in structuring, preparing and implementing sales of companies and businesses as well as joint ventures. Dirk studied law in Heidelberg and Freiburg and received an LL.M. degree with distinction from City University of Hong Kong. Furthermore, he has been officially recognized as certified expert for corporate and commercial law. Before joining Deloitte Legal he worked in the Corporate/M&A department of a major international law firm in Dusseldorf.
