Felix Brandes

Felix Brandes has joined Deloitte Legal as a Partner in October 2024 and advises German and international credit institutions and investment firms on all aspects of national and European financial regulatory law.

Felix has extensive experience in the regulation of credit institutions and investment firms. He has a particular focus on development banks. Felix also advises on topics related to the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), the trading and settlement of financial instruments, and on regulatory requirements for innovative business models and financial products, including “banking-as-a-service” and crypto assets.

Felix speaks German and English.
