Dr. Gregor Bender

Gregor is attorney at law and partner at Deloitte Legal. He joined the firm as partner in 1999.

For more than 30 years Gregor has been acting for national and international companies and groups of companies regarding all corporate matters; among them multinational public corporations, trust and family owned businesses, public sector companies, private entities and infrastructural companies. 

He advises German and overseas companies on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings as well as process modeling and implementation of changes to business models and processes. He has profound experience in dealing with international project management regarding corporate and M&A projects including Carve-outs, spin-offs (private and public companies), PMI and Legal Entity Reduction programs. Gregor oversees global Legal Entity Management-engagements.

He advises public companies and management teams in connection with Equity Participation Programs.
