John-Patrick Scherer, LL.M. (Cape Town)

John-Patrick Scherer has joined Deloitte Legal in October 2020. He is a member of the Service Line Corporate/M&A and advises clients in all matters with regard to corporate law, corporate restructuring as well as national and cross-border transactions.

Before joining Deloitte Legal, he worked several years for a leading international US law firm in Frankfurt am Main.

He speaks German and English.
