Katharina Gohlke has been working for Deloitte Legal since 2024.
As a part of the team of Mr. Dr. Lars Hinrichs, Ms. Gohlke advises national and international clients on all matters regarding human resources and labor law issues under German labor law. Her specialization lies in the design, implementation and adjustment of compensation systems in regulated and unregulated economic sectors (with a focus on the financial services sector and company pension systems), the planning and implementation of restructuring measures and transformation processes, as well as employment law advice on M&A transactions.
Ms. Gohlke studied law at the Georg-August University of Göttingen and was a legal trainee at the Higher Regional Court of Celle. Before joining Deloitte Legal, Katharina Gohlke worked as a lawyer in another international law firm.
