After being admitted as a lawyer, Leonie Grigoleit (née Onkelbach) joined the Deloitte Legal office in Dusseldorf in 2020 as a member of the Service Line Employment.
Leonie Grigoleit is specialized in labor law and advises national and international clients of various industry sectors on individual and collective labor law aspects. Besides rendering permanent labor law services to her clients, she has an advisory focus on the preparation and implementation of restructurings as well as accompanying clients throughout all stages of M&A transactions.
Leonie Grigoleit studied law at the University of Cologne. During her legal studies, she already in-depth focused on corporate law. As part of her legal traineeship (Rechtsreferendariat) she further focused on labor law and gained practical experience i.a. at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce as well as in an lawyers’ office focused on Commercial Law in Dublin, Ireland.
