Marleen Walderich, LL.M.

Having joined Deloitte Legal as an Associate in May 2023, Marleen Walderich is a member of Deloitte Legal Germany´s service area Corporate/M&A and works at its Munich office.

She advises clients on all legal aspects of commercial and corporate law, in particular on national and cross-border M&A transactions, intra-group restructurings and incorporations.

Marleen Walderich studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich with a main focus on medicine law.

She served her legal clerkship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Munich and completed her master studies with a degree as Master of Commercial Laws (LL.M) at University of Cape Town.

She speaks German and English.
