Dr. Moritz Erkel joined Deloitte Legal in November 2019 as a Senior Associate in the Corporate/M&A department. He advises national and international clients on M&A transactions and corporate law.
Moritz studied law at the University of Potsdam with a focus on transnational civil law and completed his legal clerkship in Berlin, including a stint in a leading German commercial law firm.
