Nikolaus Malottke is member of the service line Corporate/M&A based in Munich. He specializes in corporate law with a focus on transaction-related legal advice.
Nikolaus Malottke studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich with main focus on corporate, capital markets and insolvency law. He completed his legal clerkship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Munich with stations inter alia at an international law firm in Rome.
Participating furthermore in the multi-disciplinary (tax/finance/law) study program “Mergers & Acquisitions” at Westfälische Wilhelms Universität at Münster, Nikolaus received the master degree EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration).
He is listed among the "Ones to Watch 2024" in the ranking of the renowned US publisher Best Lawyers in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions Law.
Nikolaus Malottke heads the Deloitte Legal Italian Desk, he speaks German, English and Italian.
