Rayko joined Deloitte Legal in 2002 and is an Of Counsel and notary public based in Berlin. He has specialized in Corporate Law and Real Estate Law. Rayko has more than 12 years of experience in all areas of German Corporate Law and Real Estate Law. His focus lies on provision of legal advice to companies and individuals on the incorporation of companies, on the creation and modification of articles of association and on reorganizations. He also advises clients on real estate sale and purchase agreements and real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in advising clients from a wide range of industries.
