Dr. Rudolph Anthony Holtz joined Deloitte Legal as a Senior Associate in October 2022 and advises on commercial law, in particular on the drafting of complex civil law contracts, on product liability law including the handling of international product recalls and on ESG, focusing in specific on supply chain due diligence. He also specializes in litigation before state courts as well as arbitration tribunals.
Dr. Rudolph Anthony Holtz has extensive experience in the areas of commercial and distribution law, product liability law, international product recalls, supply chain law and in the area of complex litigation as well as mass claim litigation.
Dr. Rudolph Anthony Holtz graduated from the Georg-August-University of Göttingen, where, in addition to his successful doctoral degree, he also achieved a Bachelors of Art in Chemistry and Law. As a result, he has in-depth scientific knowledge, which he can use when dealing with complex technical legal issues.
Before joining Deloitte Legal, he worked for several years at other leading and reputed international law firms in Frankfurt am Main. He speaks German and English.
