Susan Lange

Susan Lange has been an lawyer since 2015 and works as a Senior Associate at Deloitte Legal in Berlin in the practice area Real Estate. Prior to that, she already completed part of her legal traineeship at Deloitte Legal.

She specializes in real estate law, with a focus on private construction and architects law. She is currently qualifying for the title of specialist lawyer in construction and architects law. She advises both nationally and internationally operating private and state-owned companies from the real estate industry and other sectors in real estate law, in particular in the preparation and implementation of construction projects as well as in the preparation and implementation of real estate transactions. She therefore has much experience with contract drafting and due diligences. In addition, she deals with issues of commercial landlord and tenant law and heritable building rights law.
