Theresa Bayer, LL.M. HRM is an attorney-at-law and specialized in labour law. She joined Deloitte Legal in October 2023. Since the beginning of her professional career, she has worked exclusively in labour law and advises her clients in all areas of individual and collective labour law as well as at the interface between labour and corporate law.
Theresa Bayer has particular experience in advising works councils, representatives of severely disabled people and employees as well as in handling social security law mandates relating to the German Act to Combat Undeclared Work and Unlawful Employment. Theresa Bayer represents clients throughout Germany in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings before labour, social and civil courts.
Before joining Deloitte Legal, she worked for several years at a renowned labour law boutique and another leading international law firm.
