Theresa joined Deloitte in 2006 and is counsel in the service line employment based in Hanover. She specializes in permanent advisory service in labor law, the labor law support of reorganizations, insolvencies and liquidations and the composition and termination of labor contracts and service agreements for managing directors. Theresa has more than ten years of experience in all areas of individual and collective labor law, especially in consulting of medium-sized companies with place of business in Germany, but also in consulting of foreign corporations concerning their branch offices in Germany. She already has advised enterprises of different industrial sectors, especially the paper industry, the metal Industry and the health sector, on multitudinous reorganizations. Also non-profit organizations are regularly among her clients. Theresa speaks German and English.
