Thomas Born has joined Deloitte Legal in July 2021 as Of Counsel and advises clients with activities in France as well as French clients with interests in Germany. In addition, he advises on specific issues of general business law.
He has gained comprehensive experience over many years with industrial groups in France and Germany.
During his career of more than 30 years, he served as in-house counsel to several reputed industrial groups in France and Germany, lastly for many years as General Counsel to a world-wide leading glass manufacturer headquartered in Paris. Before his industrial career, he worked for some years for a law firm in Paris.
He speaks German, English, and French.
